Consent to registration and terms of data transferBasic concepts:

Users - personal data subject that completes AVIA.MD booking forms. Upon completion, the subjects agree with processing and storage of their personal data.
Personal data - any information related to the personal data subject.
Administrator - recipient of personal data that processes them for provision of booking services.

By completing and leaving personal data in the registration form, in AVIA.MD booking system, the user:

1. - Confirms that all the data specified by him/her belong to him/her personally;
2. - Confirms and acknowledges that he/she has read carefully and in full this Consent and the terms of processing of personal data specified in the fields of the form of AVIA.MD booking system;
3. - Gives his/her consent to transfer and processing of personal data contained in the form of AVIA.MD booking system, as well as in the forms available after registration in the database managed by the administrator of ‘SOLEI TURISM’ SRL.
Personal information, including personal data provided to the administrator, will be used solely for the purposes of:
4. - booking tickets, execution of tickets, processing and receiving payments;
5. - receiving news, information about products, events, promotions or services, participation in promotions, surveys;

Protection of personal data is regulated by the relevant provisions of the Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 ‘On protection of personal data’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Law’), and any other processing of personal data is subject to prior consent of applicant.
Users of personal data have the right to: a) correct, update, block or delete personal data whose processing is contrary to the law, in particular because of incomplete or inaccurate data; b) refuse processing for the purpose of receipt of news, information about products, events, promotions or services, participation in promotions, surveys; To execute the above rights, including the right to delete the data from the booking system, you shall email us a request at: avia@solei.md.

Terms of Registration:

Terms of use establishing rules between the service provider AVIA.MD and user of these services. Use of AVIA.MD services means all actions of the user performed on WWW. AVIA.MD. The administrator states that he/she will use his/her knowledge and skills to the maximum extent possible to ensure reliability and security of the data. By clicking the button ‚I agree with the terms’, the registrar confirms his/her voluntary agreement with the terms of use of AVIA.MD booking system described below.

1. - The user agrees that the service provider is not responsible for any damage caused by force majeure circumstances or events that cannot be objectively influenced, including actions of third parties.
2. - The service administrator reserves the right to make changes to the system without prior notice to the user.
3. - The user is responsible for consequences of his/her actions related to use of AVIA.MD services and agrees that he/she will not use the services for any actions that violate the law and the applicable rules for using the services.
The service administrator has the right to delete the user account from AVIA.MD in cases where:
4. - The user uses AVIA.MD booking system in violation of applicable laws and /or general compulsory ethical and moral principles of the society and/or for the purpose of committing a crime (or assisting in commission of a crime).
5. - The user uses the booking system for commercial and other purposes that may violate the rights of the service provider or third parties.
6. - The user abuses, blocks, modifies or otherwise changes any part of the provided services.

The administrator reserves the right to change the terms of use of the AVIA.MD service. Before the changes are made, the provider undertakes to notify the user by e-mail. The transfer of personal information in the forms of the booking service is completely voluntary. Data serve as a means of further use in provision of the services, receiving news, information about products, events, promotions or services, participation in promotions, surveys, and will not be used for any other purposes. Confirming this Consent, the user accepts its terms and agrees the storage of personal data in the services of the Administrator of AVIA.MD booking system.
